All services, Emergency and
Non-Emergency, are to be
requested in writing.
An Emergency exists when
the Service must be provided within 24-48 hours
in order to prevent harm
or injury to the Tenant or Property.
If You have an emergency
request, call 919-782-7827 or 919-771-3656 to report the problem and
afterwards complete this form.
Service Requests are
monitored continuously from 7am to 7pm daily. Requests submitted
after 7pm are processed the next day.
Emergency Services
are a Priority.
If you must be
home in order for the Service to be provided, a Service
Technician
will contact you to
setup a time to provide the service.
Non-Emergency Services require Owner Approval.
After the Owner approves the Service we will schedule the Service.
